Solaria d'Oriente Hotel respects your right to request deletion of personal information that we hold in connection with your use of our website, reservations, guest services and supported communication channels.

This page explains how you may request deletion of personal information, including information received when you contact us through Facebook Messenger or other supported digital channels.

• Your reservation or booking reference, if applicable
• The Facebook Page or communication channel you contacted
• The approximate date of your conversation with us
• A brief description of the information you would like deleted

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, authentication codes or other highly sensitive information as part of your request.

3. Facebook Messenger & Social Messaging Data

If you have contacted one of our official Facebook Pages through Facebook Messenger, information from that conversation may have been synchronized with our internal guest communication system for customer service purposes.

Depending on the information made available to us by Meta and the content you voluntarily sent, this may include:

• Your Facebook platform-specific user identifier
• Your display name
• Message content
• Images, documents or other attachments sent by you
• Conversation timestamps
• Conversation history stored within our internal customer service system
• The Facebook Page you contacted

You may request deletion of this information from systems under our control by following the instructions on this page.

4. What Happens After We Receive Your Request

After receiving a deletion request, we may contact you to verify sufficient information to identify the correct records and help protect personal information from unauthorized deletion requests.

Once the relevant records have been identified, we will process the request in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our legitimate operational obligations.

Deleting information from our internal systems does not necessarily remove copies of messages, account information or other data independently stored by Facebook, Meta or another third-party platform.

To manage or delete information stored directly by Facebook or Meta, please use the privacy and account controls provided within your Facebook account or Meta services.
